I stared around at the confusion. Wow, this place is amazing! My schedule says my first lesson is dance. Brilliant, this is the best thing ever! Nothing could improve my mood now.

My books went flying out of my hand as something hard hit my back. I grabbed at my guitar case to prevent it falling too.

"Oh I'm sorry!"

I knelt down and picked up one of the books.

"It's ok." I looked up and paused. Kneeling in front of me with a guitar case was the coolest looking girl I'd ever seen. She had short black hair and was wearing jeans and a waistcoat with no t-shirt. I stared for a minute before she waved her hand in front of my face.

"Hey, you ok?"

"Um, yeah I'm good. Sorry, I play guitar?"

She laughed. "Um, yeah, you?"

"Cool. You want this book?"

"Oh, yeah sorry." We both stood up, and I smiled. "I'm Carmen by the way."

"Nice to meet you."

"So, I've got a free, you wanna grab a drink?"

"Sorry, I've got dance class."

"Oh multi-talented."

"Not that talented."

"Well how about we meet later and you can show me your talents."

"Um, ok." I grinned "When?"

"Well I was gonna organise a party for everyone to meet tonight. I'm in Margot Fonteyn dorm."

"That's my dorm too. A party is a really cool idea, I'll be there."

"Cool. I'll see you then."

"Yeah, see you." I grinned and then went to dance with a smile still on my face.
