Seeker: On Edge

As I watched Arrow doze, I began to get prickling feelings on the back of my neck. At first I dismissed them as nerves, but they gradually began to build in intensity until they were like a burning. I tossed my head and snorted irritably, trying to shake the feeling off. Arrow looked at me and raised an eyebrow.

"What's eating you?" he asked sardonically, evidently thinking I was going mad.

I glared at him, "Don't know. But something's bothering me and I can't say what. It's big though, something magical. Don't think it's the werewolves, they're too thick to be a threat. It's almost... oh screw it I can't pin it down!"

Hissing irritably, I shot a hex at a bird over head. The bird promplty gave a loud squak and exploded in a burst of feathers and entrails. I snarled and started stalking around in circles, the prickling still bugging me like a gnat.

Whatever it was, it was giving me a heck of a headache.

The End
