Hiding In My Mind

As I started to explore my mind more deeply, I discovered its darkest corners, full of haunting voices of abandoned imaginary friends morphed into nightmares. As I began to hide in my mind, I would, at times, be lost and trapped in there, locked within a prison of thoughts. She inhabited every reality, twisting it into horrific fantasy, but she poisoned every thought as well, so that it was a distorted nightmare that I couldn't wake from, the voices eroding all logic and common sense. Insanity was all that was left.
