Ok, I got this idea after reading Mockingjay. Since the vote went through for the Capitol kids to go through their own Hunger Games, I thought we should tell their story. So for your character, use something like this:
Name: Rosalina Grace
Gender: Female
Looks: Long hair, about half-way down her back; Auburn color, with slight blonde highlights. Emerald green eyes.
Age: 14
