I have 4 or 5 hours that I can write, until something comes up on my calendar that I absolutely have to do.
I want to do some writing prompts, maybe here, maybe on my site, but not sure what to do.
My bookcase fell down over the weekend and now all my books are a jumbled mess. Taking apart the bookcase was easy - my, it's heavy - and I plan on getting a new one as soon as I get some money.
In the meantime, I have found a really good writing partner. We both write to keep each other in line - sometimes I write something, and wait for him to finish it. At some point we need to collaborate on a story, probably in IM.
I've been talking to him constantly, and it's been a great thing. No, I'm not thinking of him like that - just really, really good friend.
This snow is getting to me. I like the snow. In fact, I like the ice, if I don't have to clean it off. I like the whiteness and how it covers everything with a fuzzy sheet of white. The cold I don't mind that much, either. It's driving in it that I don't like. I don't like walking in it. I don't like leaving a trail.
Not sure what I plan on writing about, whether to take a prompt and run with it or to look over old stuff, or to start something new. I did a race last night and was intrigued by the characters of Luke, Sheila, and Sparrowhawk (called Sparhawk, I think). Who are they? What are they doing?
I think I might explore that world. It's not of our world - is it Changeling, as I i9nitially thought? Or is it a fantasy?
