The full moon shown brightly tonight. Causing the dewy grass to sparkle as it cunched softly beneath my feat as I ran. I pushed every ounce of strength into running as hard as I could. My legs felt as though they were on fire, slowly burning away from the inside, out.
memories of the beast that was chasing me raced through my mind as I wanted to slow down. It's huge, knife-like teeth inside of a grisled, scarred muzzle. Tufts of fur stick out randomly form it's otherwise hairless body.
My breating was coming in quick rasps now, but I pushed on. Fear coursed through my veins, giving me the strength to carry on.
