"Hello." I said politely to the receptionist. I spared a quick glance to the tail end of another girl leaving the room.

"Oh- hello. Autumn, isn't it? Welcome home. Here's a map." She handed me a sheet of paper, which I stuffed into the large bag I carried. "There are two girls without room mates. Raina, and Opal. You can share a room with either of them. Raina just arrived, and Opal hasn't yet."

"Oh." I said. I don't want a room mate! "Well- I'll sort it out. Thank you."

I walked along the hallway, and soon saw her. "Hello," I said.

"Hello. My name's Raina. You?" she asked.

"Oh! I was told that you were one of the people without a room mate. You and Opal."

"Ah- yes." I smiled. "Have you chosen which one of us yet?"

"Not yet, of course! I have only just met you- and Opal hasn't even arrived." That's when we both saw a red-haired, red-eyed girl step into the hallway.

"And that would be her." I turned towards the short, thin girl. "Opal?" I asked, extending a hand. "Nice to meet you."
