(Agent X) Deep Cover and Deep Trouble

"I'm telling you something ain't right, do you think it's Blondie?"

"Maybe we should search her?"

"No way, the boss might get the wrong idea if he caught us."

I overheard two of the lug-heads that worked for Muller whispering to each other in the corner as I walked past, hips swaying sexily. I knew they were watching me as I walked down the corridor to the bathroom; my hot-pants and tight t-shirt ensured that I got a lot of male attention, but not too much. I blended in with most other girls in the club.

I got to the door of the bathroom before I felt a heavy hand on my shoulder.

"You gonna come with me, Blondie."

It was the one they called 'Lurch'. He stood 6ft 5 and was built like a Sherman tank. Fear bubbled up inside me briefly but I simply smiled.

"Okay, Lurchy." I giggled. "Is it alright if I use the little girls room first?"

I batted my eyelashes at him and he shrugged slowly. It was like watching a ripple effect as his body followed the movement of his shoulders. He scratched the back of his head before running a hand through his black hair.

"Go on then, but be quick, okay? Boss wants you."

I winked at him before scooting into the bathroom.

"Oh God, Oh God, Oh God."

I thought in panic before I locked myself in a cubicle.

"Okay, think." I whipped my gun and cell out of my bag and placed them on the top of the toilet.

I flipped open the cell and sent a text to HQ.

This is Agent 6. OPERATION UNTERNEHMEN. Have final information but am suspect. Need to go completely undercover. Send assistance ASAP. Not able to maintain further contact.

I sent it and made sure it delivered before I turned it off, removed the battery and flushed the sim. Then I wiped both gun and cell and dropped them in the sanitary bin. Taking my bag I walked out of the cubicle and stared in the mirror, fixing my makeup. Finally satisfied I popped a stick of bubblegum into my mouth and walked out to Lurch.

"Hey Lurchy, do I look okay?" I put on a worried girlie look and Lurch smiled.

"You look fine Blondie, just the way Boss likes you to look." And with that he lead me out to the main hall, his grip on my arm was gentle but firm.

I was almost forced down into a chair once we were inside and Lurch motioned for one of the guys to take my bag. He began to look through it and I shivered slightly and then began to pout.

"What did I do?" I looked up at them with puppy dog eyes and one of the other men that I only knew as 'Face' glared at me.

"Shut up, Blondie." He snapped and my lower lip trembled.

"Well, it's clearly not you." He threw my bag at me and I hugged it and shrank back into the chair.

"What's not me? What are you talking about? I thought you were taking me to him."

I stared accusingly at Lurch with a hurt and upset look in my eyes and his features visibly softened.

"Sorry Blondie, we had to do it." He looked so sad I almost smiled and told him that he was forgiven. Instead, I stayed, hugging my bag and looking like I was trying to become a part of the chair.

Face suddenly grabbed me and pulled me to my feet.

"How do we know she's not hiding it somewhere else?" He grinned at the others and pushed me against the wall, running his hands down my body. I saw Lurch disappear and my stomach filled with dread. He was the only one that was able to keep The Face in line.

"What are you doing?" I struggled in a girlish way and Face pinned my arms above my head.

"You're very pretty Blondie, you know that? No wonder he likes you, pretty little mouth like that." He grabbed a handful of my hair and yanked my head back so that I was looking up at him. His face was extremely close when I heard the click of the safety on a gun being pulled back and heard Lurch's hollow tones.

"You'd wanna be letting her go now, Face."

Face didn't even turn around.

"Oh no, I really don't Lurch." He grinned down at me and I suddenly pretended that my knees had given way. Face almost slipped as I became a dead weight and after regaining his balance he slammed me against the wall, winding me. I tried to look around me but my vision was blurred and also slightly distorted by my waist length blonde hair that was now completely dishevelled.

"Bad move, Face." Lurch spoke again and Face began to laugh before a new voice cut him off completely.

"Yes Face, that was a VERY bad move." I felt his grip relax and then I was free and stumbling forwards into the arms of the new arrival.

"I didn't mean to do it, Boss. You know how it is when you see a pretty girl. I thought she was ratting on us. I didn't know. It was Lurch's idea."

This last piece of information caused the new man to laugh.

"Really? Then how is it that Lurch ran this whole thing by me before he even brought her over here to you? For some reason, he seemed to think it was being done on my authority."

Face paled and I felt strong arms encircle me and lift me off my feet.

"Lurch? Deal with him." I snuggled into his shoulder and the last I saw of Face he was starting to cry like a kid.

"I didn't mean to.. I swear...Lurch you wouldn't..." His voice faded into the distance and soon I was out of the buzz of the club and being carried upstairs.

He placed me down on the couch and sat next to me before pulling out a cell phone and making a few phone calls.

"You okay, babe?" he turned to me briefly and
I nodded.

"Yeah, he's just a man right? I mean, that's all he wanted, yeah?"

He stared at me for a moment and a smile spread across his face before he ran a finger down my nose and kissed my forehead.

"Yeah, of course. That's all he wanted. Nothing more."

I settled into the chair and twirled my hair around my finger as I rolled the chewing gum around in my mouth, smacking my lips together theatrically before blowing a large pink bubble, and then giggling as it burst and I began to pick the bits off my face.

"Missy baby, don't do that. It's irritating." The man next to me wrapped an arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him. I snuggled into his arm and plastered a grin across my face.

"Aw, okay sweetie. I won't do it if it annoys you." I took the gum from my mouth and put it in the ashtray on the table.

"Good girl." He tilted my chin up and kissed me, his hand cupped behind my head.

"Wow, too bad he's just a job." I thought to myself. "I could get used to this."

Jurgen Muller wasn't a bad kisser at all."

The End
