It was always hard, I suppose. Being blind, I mean.
It was awkward and nerve-wracking and kind of disturbing in the beginning, because although it's easier in places you know, you're always a little unsure of where... what things are. And you have to learn to make your other senses compensate for your lack of vision, otherwise, you're going to have a hard time around.
But it's alright, in the end. You get to feel the texture in anger, taste the deepness in books, smell the fresh scent of smiles, - and, of course, hear the music in rainbows.
