Amelia: Phone Call

OK, so maybe using chocolate sauce meant for ice-cream as chocolate chips wasn't the best idea, but chocolate chips was the only thing Theseus didn't have in his kitchen.

Anyway, so Theseus got Sarah. It was so cute! Though, Aurora didn't seem too happy about it. Hmm...

When I took the cookies out of the oven, they were still soft, but that didn't matter 'cause they were nicer soft. I was halfway through eating a warm one when I got a phone call.

"Hmm?" I asked, which was the equivalent of 'hi, who's this?' but with my mouth full.

"Where on earth are you?" Josh's annoyed voice came through. I almost choked.

"Well, technically I'm not on-"

"Look, there is no time for your silly games. You left without even telling us where you were going, the only evidence being an open window. What assumptions did you think we were going to make?" he ranted on at me.

See, my dad and Josh had this crazy thing in their head that anyone who isn't a human shouldn't be on earth, and humans shouldn't not be on earth. Ever. Strange, isn't it? Anyway, so the only other person who knew about Theseus was my mum. If Dad or Josh knew about him, they would've gone absolutely mental.

"I fell out the window?" I suggested quietly.

"No. That was not what we assumed. We assumed that you'd gone off with some- what was that?"

I looked around to see Theseus standing there, with a crying Sarah. I covered speaking end of the phone.

"Is she OK?" I asked, slightly concerned.

"No, she's not. Who's on the phone?" he sighed.

"Oh. We'll go in here then" he pulled Sarah into what was either the study or the spare bedroom. I wasn't quite sure.

"Nothing" I told Josh into the phone. I could almost see his frown.

"Well get home right now. I mean it"

"What gives you the right to tell me what to do? You're only a year older than me."

"I have more right than you think"

"What, because Dad said so?" I teased him in a baby voice.

"AMELIA! Stop that! Get home now! I will..."

I gasped dramatically. "Tell on me?"

"No. Just come home"

"I can't"

"Why not?"

"I can't fly" I smirked.

"CAN'T FLY?!?!?!?" Josh exploded. I cut him off.

Walking up to the door that Theseus and Sarah went through, I heard that they were talking quietly so I left them alone. I didn't have anything else to do, so I decided that now would be a good time to search through his DVDs.

The End
