It's hard to believe that there is 4 years between me and my older sisters. We used to be so close. We used to play games in the garden. I remember the days when Summer was filled with fun and imagination. We had no cares. We had each other. But that was 5 or 6 years ago, and the 4 of u have moved on. Well, my older sisters have, anyway. As for me and my younger sister, we still yearn for their childhood. But teenage life and Secondary school has changed them. They don't want to play any more. My little sister sees them as dull. I see them as changing teens, who are in Year 11 and shall be 16 next year.
I've changed too, I must admit. Yet their problems and business has clouded their minds. My achievements are nothing in their eyes. Or at least, thats how they react. But I can still trust the, with any issue or problem. They are, in a way, my heroes. I really look up to them. And if they ever read this, then I hope they can understand just how much I love them. No matter how much we fight, I shall always look up to them.
We have found other ways of spending time together. Whether it's helping one of them on Lara Croft, or discussing the pure genius of Paramore with the other, theres always a way. And deep down, I can still see the same little girls they were years ago, chasing us around the paddling pool in the Summer. Those days may be long gone, but they will always be there, through thick and thin, giving me advice and spreading laughter throughout the household. Thank you, Rebekah and Alice.
