Long pig roast:
Tenderise, the meat for five minute or until it cooperates,
use your hands to strongly massage the meat until you achieve the desired result.
Once ready, pracise shallow cuts along the horizontal part of the piece, this will help
the flavoring to be better incrusted in the meat.
Rub salt on the cuts and add desired spices
When done, apply oil generously all over the piece. Aswell as a touch of vodka.
Using a lighter or a match, set fire to the preparation and watch the cooking carefully.
