Cara: Goodbye Italia!Mature

"There is just something about this dress..." Sam whispered against my skin as we returned to our room. I giggled and swatted her away as I tried to get the key in the door. She was very distracting.

"Sam..." I groaned and managed to open the door. We fell inside and she steadied me against her. "Is it always going to be like this?" I asked as her lips explored my neck and shoulders, her arm wrapped around my waist.

"God I hope so." She muttered. "Are you tired?"

"Not anymore." I grinned, leaning my head back to rest against her.

"Good, because this is our holiday and I want to enjoy every second of being with you. And right now that involves you getting out of this dress so I don't damage it."

"Mm, take it off for me." I teased.

"I don't want to leave." I complained, casting a last glance around at Italy before I had to get on the plane.

"Me neither. I want to stay here with you forever."

"Really? Can we?"

She checked me and saw that I was actually serious. Well, almost completely serious.

"I wish." A light kiss later and she was smiling sadly at me. "I wish I could say yes."

"Well we'd better board then. I love you, thank you  for bringing me here."

"I couldn't have done without you."

"You could have."

"No, I don't think I could." She kissed my head and we climbed aboard the plane.

"It's raining." I groaned as the taxi picked us up.

"Let's go back." She moaned laughing.

"Well, at least you got some good works for the gallery."

"That's nothing compared to the present I got you for your birthday."

"What?" I stared at her. "I said I didn't want anything!"

"And you really thought I was going to do as I was told?" She grinned and kissed me. "Don't worry, it's nothing big. Just special."

"Thank you."

"You don't even know what it is yet."

"I know I'll love it." I kissed her and curled up against her as the taxi took us home.

"Hey Anna, we're home... A new flat?... Sounds good... I'm exhausted.... yeah, I'll see you tomorrow. Ok, bye!"

"She ok?"

"Yeah she's fine. She's found a new place for next year, a flat."

"On her own?"

"Yeah. I think so."

"So she's not made up with the others?"

"Don't know. Guess we'll find out tomorrow. I'm just going to call Liam and then I'll help unpack."

"We can leave it till tomorrow. Takeaway and collapse on the sofa? Watch a bit of tv?"

"You're an angel."

The End
