When my notes were done I headed in to the kitchen. Almost the whole flat were there.
"So who fancies going out tonight then?" I asked, looking around at the group who all appeared to have severe hangovers.
"Shut up." One of the guys moaned.
"I will, if I get some more sleep."
"Yeah me too."
"Awesome, I'll see you all tonight then." With that I headed off to the dance studio to meet Amy.
She wasn't there when I arrived, so I started stretching at the bar and warming up. Half way Amy appeared through the door, holding her dance bag.
"Hey Cara, sorry I'm late."
"No problem. I'm just warming up."
"Well finish off and we'll get started."
An hour and a half later I grabbed five minutes for a break. We sat next to each other, drinking our water.
"You're a good teacher." I offered, smiling at her.
"Thank you. You're a good student, for what it's worth."
There was a pause and then she stood up.
"Right, come on, back to work."
I grinned and jumped up, ready for the worst she could throw at me.
When I returned to the flat there was no one to be seen, so I guessed they were all in their rooms. I knocked on Anna's door and she appeared, dressed in a uniform.
"Oh, you've got work?"
"Oh, that sucks. We're going out tonight."
"Oh no! I'm going to miss it!"
"Well, it's your own silly fault for being so careful and getting a job."
"You'll thank me when I'm getting your ass out of debt."
"Probably." We laughed.
"Have you been to dance tonight?" She asked, eyeing my outfit.
"Yeah, Amy is amazing! Literally, she's so good!"
"Wow, someone's a bit of a teacher's pet." She winked.
"Well she is! I mean, wow." I couldn't think of the word to describe what a good teacher Amy was. And funny too! I was really enjoying classes with her.
"Alright, flipping heck! Don't start drooling." She laughed and I blushed.
