Hyperion looked up at the clock. Oh crap, I still need to get my books for the next class! I'm gonna be so late!
Hyperion looked at his friends and waved. "Sorry to run, but I have to get my books from my locker. I better hurry... oh, I'm so going to be late..."
"Wait... if you can just stop time, then why don't you just-"
"Please... don't tempt me. After the mess from before and being late for lunch thanks to my time magic, you should know by now it always backfires."
Merari smiled. "Hey, you won't get better if you don't practice, right?"
Hyperion thought about what she said... and finally decided that she was right. "Alright, but if anything goes wrong, I'm blaming you."
"Wait, what? That's not fair!"
"Life's not fair." Hyperion responded, and slowed down time. He walked away, picked his books up from his locker, and came back. He then returned time to normal.
"Alright, now let's see if I actually did this right." He looked around, and saw nothing out of the ordinary. Then he smiled.
Just then another Hyperion walked up to the rest of the group. "Hey guys, what's up?"
The original Hyperion stared at his double, as did everyone else. Chris and Hunter blinked for a few seconds. "What the... how the... when the..."
"WHEN THE- IS RIGHT!" Hyperion shouted, now incredibly miffed. "This is why I shouldn't mess with time... but no, some temptations are just too hard to resist," He walked up to his other self and asked. "Alright, when are you?"
"Doesn't he mean, 'who are you?'" Chris asked, confused, grabbing his head.
"I know what I said." The other Hyperion answered, before getting slapped by the original.
"You're not helping!" Hyperion shouted. "Just answer the damn question!"
"I'm the future you, and I just got back from going to the bathroom. How are things with me?"
"Are these guys twins, or?" Hunter asked, also grabbing his head.
"No... they're the same person, just different times." Arceus answered, pinching the bridge of his nose as a way of coping with the headache.
"Let me fix this," Original Hyperion stated, and pulled out a pocket watch. The watch opened up and sucked the future Hyperion inside, before snapping shut. "There... and with time to spare."
He walked away, whistling. Everybody else stared after him.
"What... just happened?" Chris asked Arceus and Merari.
"Trust me, I know what happened and it STILL didn't make sense to me in the slightest." Arceus responded.
