Janelle stepped off the plane in Auckland and breathed a sigh of relief. The humidity that had bothered her so much in Sydney was gone. No longer did she have to deal with 40 degree days, according to the pilot it was only 26 out.
Once through customs, she was pleased when she got to the money exchange booth. For her Aussie dollar she received more New Zealand dollars. That meant more shopping money.
And the accents all around her. There was nothing like being immersed in an accent. Oh yes, it was clear, New Zealand was so much better than Australia.
