I haven't had any activity since February 2008 because I lost my password, then completely forgot this site existed.  I found the information in a notebook after a recent move, and am thrilled to have made my way back here.

In the second grade, I wrote a very short story that was printed in the local paper.  It was only 45 words in length, but I loved seeing my name in print, and from that day forward, my most cherished ambition became to get an actual novel published.

I also enjoy taking pictures, but they're not often the best, because at the moment all I have is a simple Kodak digital camera.  My profile picture is one of a blue jay that I took myself in my father-in-law's front yard.  I know it's a little blurry, but as I said, my camera is just a basic model.
