Hello.
I'm Caty(or Mush). I love all things fantastical :) I'm part Irish, part English. I enjoy films that are true to books they are based upon. I will soon be getting my first Ball Joint Doll, and I am, to say the least, very excited. I would be lying if I said I had any particularly redeeming qualities, because I honestly don't. I'm pretty god damn average... but I would say my imagination is one of my few good qualities.
Some thing's about me:
- I think that anyone who lacks the ability to have a open mind is a fool.
- I'm very short..
- I have an incredible talent to eat copious amounts of chocolatey confections in a short amount of time WITHOUT getting a sugar high.
- I love textiles, french and folklore.
- I'm a pagan.
- I don't define my fashion sense - I wear what I feel like. Sometimes I'll wear all black with heavy eyeliner, sometimes I'll wear mini skirts and pink. I don't really care as long as it prevents me from being naked...
- J.R.R Tolkien, Tim Burton, Vivienne Westwood, and a teacher I had in Year 4 (who inspired me to become an author) are my biggest idols.
I find writing is an easy and exciting getaway from normal life, as is art and reading. Reading is one of my greatest gifts, I read a such a speed no one is convinced I read the book at all. I also seem to have attained a ridiculous amount of them in my bedroom, so much so that around 50 of my collection have been moved to the TV/book room down stairs haha.
I aspire to be many things: an artists, an author, a psychologist and a seamstress. I wonder if I could be all four at once? Haha
