Hello World!!!!  I am an overactive 23 year old living and working in busy Vancouver. Not that I need to add another addicting website to the list, but like I said, I'm overactive. 

Literature... love it! Yes, I was one of those children that would read a stack of books twice my height over spring break. Reading, there I was squinting, in the fading light as night approached, where a white page turned black was somehow still legible. My need for glasses, however, is another story. 

Truth be told, I would call myself a poet, a romantic, a health nut, and yes, a geek at times. My husband has dubbed me "Editor Queen", because I am constantly over-analyzing everything. Perhaps my prized collection, which includes Simon & Schuster's Handbook for Writers sitting beside my beloved Dictionary and Thesaurus, may lend to this amusing appellation. I will hold myself back from perusing over what I just wrote.

Five Interesting Facts About Myself

1. I love teeth. Obsessed.
2. I may come home with you if you offer me mint patties- unlike my mother always taught me.
3. Went through a depression over the span of an English semester: Young Authors Literature During the Holocaust. 
4. Gulp.. I have paid for books from the library that have fallen into the tub. 
5. It is not I, but Christ that lives in me.

Five Not-So-Interesting Facts About Myself

1. I think Vancouver is the most beautiful place in the world to live.
2. I am like an old lady and go to bed every night by 9.
3. I prefer sparklers to candles.
4. Taco salad is my favorite food.
5. When it is not present, I miss the rain.
