Howdy guys,

I'm a dreamer from India---land of mysteries and culture. About me--I gobble up books, I play the violin, I surf a lot, I love making friends and yeah, I WRITE!!!

      Well, I've been making up imaginary worlds and mystical places since I can remember having any sense, but the idea of books...was far far far away!!! Thankfully, my book-lover Mom introduced me to the world of Enid Blyton when I was nine winters old. (I just can't imagine what my life would have been if Mom hadn't done that! Really Mom, thanks....forever indebted!) Anyway, thus began my love-affair with books and as I discovered the fascinating world of words and letters, I knew I HAD to write, I HAD to give shape to all my fantasies.

           People say I'm too much of a dreamer; pretending I'm a Moon Princess (yep that's how I got it!) in a magical world endowed with magic and adventure. But I don't care....Since I was a toddler, I'd been fascinated with the moon. You know guys, my name (Chandrica) means Moon in Indian language and according to my birth month I'm ruled by the moon. So I always felt kinda connected to it!!! I mostly built my fantasy world around me being a Moon Princess, and my friends being princesses of other elements and our parents being the kings and queens and so on.

      I created this magical realm entirely for me, to escape from the problems I faced in the cruel, real world. In my realm, everything happens as I wanted them to. Then as I grew up, I developed small stories based around this 'other world'. My Mom, Dad and a few friends were the critics. But, now when I'm 15 (about to be 16 this August)  I've developed a greater imagination with almost 30 ideas, but I've also developed indecisiveness. And so I want honest opinions regarding which is the best, where's the problem, etc...so that I can stick myself into something that's really good.

     So I'm here...I may have bored you guys...but I normally go on chattering on my favourite topics whenever I get the chance,,,anyway... just help guys, that's all I want!!!

By the way, you'll mostly see me writing magical stuff out here...so tolerate me!

 I conclude this most tedious piece of a crazzzy gal'z babblings with this poem I composed when I first came to know about magical worlds....

          Dear Friends, we all wanna believe in magic...

                   We all wanna believe in fantasy...

    We all wanna believe in something that is not usual...

                           Something extraordinary!

                            And more than believe,

          We all wanna be a part of a magical kingdom,

               To be someone in that mystical realm...

P.S It's very silly, but I wrote this when I was 9, and it's very close to my heart!
