I came to check out protagonize after reading the article on CBC - and decided to stay.
I always enjoyed a good story but this will be the first time for me to write something publicly. As English is not my first language, creative spelling and awkward idioms - not to mention random punctuation - are not just possibility, but downward certainty.

I wouldn't worry too much about creative spelling, that's what the spell checker is for. ;) Everyone has their moments.. I consider myself to have fairly good spelling in English (my French spelling has gotten pretty bad lately) and I still managed to misspell 'crustacean' yesterday. Thankfully I added the ability to edit posts or I would have had to dig through the site database to fix that.. ;)"
