" We are always running for the thrill of it, thrill of it " -- Walking on a Dream ( Empire of the Sun ) Hello! There isn't much to say about myself, other than "I'm shy at first," which is completely true. But the more I start to laugh, the more open I become.I graduated high school in the summer of 2012 and enrolled in a local community college. Although I applied to other colleges, I'm still waiting to hear from them, which is stressful but hopefully worth the wait. Even if I don't get in for this coming year, I hope to study even harder and do my best to apply as a transfer. As for hobbies, playing piano and guitar is nice. I'm not all that wonderful at it, but I do what I can. Cooking is very therapeutic--the aroma, the sight and the art of cooking as a whole. Also, I like to experiment with coffee and now I'm starting with tea. I've always loved reading and despite being a poor student in high school in terms of academic and required reading, I take my free time to catch up with the classics everyone else had the pleasure of reading. As for writing, I do what I can. I make it a habit to write something--a short story, a poem, song lyrics, journal entry or a book/movie/television review--every day. After all, practice makes perfect, right?
