I have always enjoyed writing but have never found a forum to inflict my work on the world!

That is why I've joined up to this site as it gives me a chance to put some short pieces of writing up.

About me, I love all different forms of the arts... Books, Film, Music, Art, Football. I've always wanted to be able to draw like Dali, play football like Maradona, make music with Morrissey or write a novel of my own.

I love travel, I love seeing different places, experiencing different culures, speaking different languages and I actually love the actual travelling. There is something very exciting about setting off on a journey.

Writing a novel is similar I assume. I know reading a good novel is very much a journey. The last novel I read was a fantastic journey into space and time. Cloud Atlas was a book I literally raced to finish but was gutted when I finally did.

I am currently reading A Small Island by Andrea Levy.
