Sorry I've not been around much, university has taken up much more time than I thought it would.  Am still attempting NaNo this year but off the site so good luck to all the other NaNoers out there, let's hit that 50K!!

Am currently writing (in order of priority):

• When Worlds Collide - Camp NaNo '11: August - my August entry for Camp NaNo and sequel to the collab, A Modern Day Fairytale.
• Masque - Camp NaNo '11: July - my July Camp NaNo novel.
• To The Ends Of The Earth - a solo focusing on the struggles of a young girl searching to find her fiance after he is sent off to war.
• Roadtrip: The Reunion - the sequel to previous collab, Roadtrip.
• Liberation - the sequel to Masquerade, the most awesome collab ever!  I'm Alexandra and Sebastian Ford
• CBI, Episode Three: Paedology  - I'm Alannah Harrison - collab with babyrhinos, Westrina and DevinEdward
• The Nightmare Entity - collab with the wonderful ImprintedHeart
• Alannah Harrison: Before CBI - a solo spin-off from the wonderful CBI series about Alannah's time before she joined Mendrick's team.

I have a varying selection of solos of which these are my favourites:

An Imperfect Fairytale (finished) - The story of Crown Princess Rowena who has been locked away in a tower by the evil fairy Narcissa Malheur.  Romance and adventure.

The Necklace (finished) - When Cassandra Morton steals a necklace from her mother's jewellery box she didn't think she'd end up being a key player in the fight between good and evil.  Action and fantasy.

Where Sea Meets Sky (finished) - Evelyn and Rupert have grown up in a small cottage by the sea with only their father.  But when a handsome stranger arrives in the village Evelyn's world is turned upside down and she discovers her father has something to hide.  Diary, family drama and a hint of romance.

One Step Over (finished) - A short story I wrote for my GCSE creative writing piece based on the last thoughts of a woman about to kill herself.

To The Ends Of The Earth (unfinished) - When the love of Daniela Gilbert's life, Felix Thomas, is called to war, she follows him to ensure they are never parted.  The only problem is: women aren't allowed in the army.  Romance, action and adventure.

The Diary of Alexandra Ford (unfinished) - A series of diary entries by Alexandra Ford (my character from the Masquerade series) set years before the beginning of the series.  Diary.

And here is a selection of the many collabs I've been involved in:

Masquerade (finished) - an awesome collab with marcuslee, ZillaGirl and writinc.  Currently working on the second part of the trilogy, Liberation.

Roadtrip (finished) - a collab where the title says it all!  Currently working on the sequel, Roadtrip: The Reunion

A Modern Day Fairytale (finished) - a modern day telling of a fairytale, including a trip to another world and one very big decision.

I thought I'd leave you with an edited version of something I wrote in a collab, a few rules to being me!

1) Always sing, no matter where you are or what you're doing, just let it out!

2) Remember to be a diva, the more blow-ups and break-downs you have the better.

3) Never practise for a music lesson.  It will help you improve your sight-reading!

4) Always pretend you're someone else.  Other people are far more interesting.

5) Never think about what you say before it comes out of your mouth.  You are the centre of everyone's jokes (usually laughing at you not with you!)

6) Love your friends.  They are the most important thing in the world to you and you would be lost without them.

7) Always dance wildly around your room when your favourite song comes on even though you have no sense of elegance and can't dance to save your life.

8) Remember to tell yourself you are beautiful, even when you've had the worst day imaginable, not done any work and been severely told off for it, only had two hours sleep and forgotten to put make-up on before you left the house in the morning.  You know deep down it's true.
