"“We’re past the age of heroes and hero kings. … Most of our lives are basically mundane and dull, and it’s up to the writer to find ways to make them interesting.” —John Updike"

I am a college student taking my general education courses at a community college and am planning to transfer to a university for Computer Science. I come from a family of writers, though. My grandpa was a journalist. My dad is an editor and a soon to be published poet and my mom used to be a freelance proofreader.

Book genres I like to read are fantasy, science fiction, historical fiction, horror, anything paranormal and supernatural, and non-fiction. I like to write fantasy, science fiction, horror, paranormal and supernatural, and some non-fiction if I feel passionate about the subject. My favorite authors include Terry Brooks, Terry Goodkind, Michael Connelly, John Grisham, David Baldacci, Bryan Smith, John Flanagan, and J.R.R. Tolkien.

I like to listen to metal, rock, folk, and some country music. My favorite artists include Ensiferum, Amon Amarth, Demons and Wizards, Battlelore, Blind Guardian, Metallica, Eluveitie, Stan Rogers, and many others to count.
