Valkyrie (Becky Wilson)

I am at present a third year degree student at Huddersfield University studying English Studies with Creative Writing. Hard work but fun.

I enjoy reading anything medieval, anything to do with Vikings (Love 'em!). anything to do with fantasy or humorous fantasy such as Terry Pratchett.

I tend to write more medieval fantasy. My latest work in progress being a book set in the medieval viking era with a good dollop of Norse mythology involved.

Joanne Harris is my envious hero as she has already released a book based on much of the same theme.

My favourite author has to be Tim Severin for his Viking Trilogy as well as Bernard Cromwell for his latest series of medieval based books featuring plenty of Vikings in them.

I enjoy taking photographs of anything interesting or pretty particular nature and wild life.
