"Funny I can have all of this inside me, and to you it's just words." Writing is all about putting your emotions and thoughts into words. It doesn't have to be direct, as in, "I had a bad day," you could simply write a story about someone who has a bad day. Or just an sad/angry scene in general. That's what's good about writing- it allows you to vent. You don't have to be particularly good at writing, you just have to believe in yourself and believe that you will either get better or that you are already good. The more you write, the more you improve, and improvement is always good, write?
