I'm Amy, aka TheGeekGirl, the bookworm and the addict. I'm forever writing poetry, as well as short stories and longer works, though at the moment I've not really shared many of those yet. I don't always have much time, but the time I do have is always spent reading or writing, just to emphasise my addiction to anything using words, this is whether it's in English, German, or Italian :-)
At the end of the day, I love writing and it is what I want to do with my life. I write anything and everything, based on everything from a story I hear to something that happens to me or a friend.

My main story on here is First time for everything, although it'll be pretty slow going because I have a lot of other pieces on the go.
A good friend of mine recommended I join, and so here I am. I am usually totally useless at posting regularly, but I'll give it a go and see what results. Just don't expect any miracles =D xxx
