Writing is the most difficult thing I have ever done. I love it. Every day, I put fingers to keyboard. Every day, I create something from nothing. Magic, pure and simple.

I love jumping in to things and learning by doing so here I am, writing away! Mostly short stories, some of which can be read on my website but I am also working on a fantasy novel.

Running, yoga and reading are three of my favourite activities. Oh and board games! But not silly ones like Monopoly. I prefer Carcassonne, Settlers of Catan, Scrabble, Tichu, Puerto Rico...there are so many!!

I belong to a couple of critiquing groups and also a book club that I started with some friends of mine. It is truly amazing how people interpret the same book very differently. The book club has really given me more insight into my friends, and it's also an opportunity to scarf cheese and gulp wine with abandon!
