I am a creative (fairly) 22, nearly 23 year old guy, in a very un-creative proffession (administration). I like to read books that reflect in some way the way I think and feel, and like reading anything original and different, something other than dense, tiresome blockbusters. I like George Orwell's 1984, Herman Hesse's Stepenwolf, and use to be a fan of Stephen King novels.
Since I was a kid I was always drawn to writing, I just never used it for any productive purpose. I have always been fairly imaginative and good at English. I write poems and random prose occassionally, some of it good, some of it not very good. But I tend to go back to writing nonetheless. Its my one way of expressing my deeper feelings, those constant, and those fleeting, and the objective thoughts that surf on their subjective wave.
"We came to this planet looking for intelligant life...opps, we made a mistake." Not my favourite, or the most profound, but hey, its from Mrs Doubtifre.
