I once read that only amateurs say they like to write. 

The pros have to. 

Well, I like writing quite a lot, so I guess it's a good thing I have a day job.  I guess it's also a good thing I've found this site since, if I have a genre as a writer, it's probably "Unfinished Masterpiece."  So I hope I'll fit right in here where that sort of thing is pretty much required.
