"Just because you're a bird doesn't mean you can fly." - The Ostrich. Gerber daisies in a glass vase. Climbing a mountain in early Autumn. Dancing to 1950s jazz. Toddler arms squeezing my neck. A microfleece blanket and a favorite book. Orange and purple sunsets on the horizon. A piano concerto by Chopin. Laughs with family until late. These are some of my favorite things in life. Life is to be loved and I love it! And I love to write, obviously. Penning words on paper or typing letter after letter has such a healing power, it should be sought after! As a child, writing endless nonsensical poems and stories was my passion. I wanted to be a writer. Well, I haven't done much about that dream. Yet. Journaling thoughts and life experiences is currently my style of choice, where words tend to fly off my fingers. I hope to expand myself in this vast artistry of writing and work at my childhood dream. I've never thought of myself much of a dreamer, but simply of trying to live life to the fullest and be the best I could be. A wise person once said, "If you're dreams don't scare you, then they're not be enough". Is being a writer a big dream? Maybe to some, maybe not to others. But dream we must! Dreams do come true. I am blessed to a be a wife & mom. My world revolves around this little family, along with my faith and belief in God.
