I am primarily a poet, I began writing in earnest about 6 years ago to help me come to terms with some tragedies that occurred within my family .

 I am also currently working on my first novel and I have recently written a couple of songs.

I have been married for 32 years and I have 3 children and 3 grand children.

For the past 10 years I have suffered with fibromyalgia, osteo arthritis and asthma so I am mostly confined to my home when my husband is away working.

When my husband is home we make the most of our time together and we like to attend as many country and western clubs and festivals as possible
