Okay, first things first - I have another profile, dancingshoes14, which I've had since 2010. I've created this purely for my work that is not stories. Whether it's lyrics, descriptive writing or just something that's been on my mind - this is where it's posted.

Hi, I'm Isi. I'm 15 and from Yorkshire in the UK.

I live my life through words and music, so a lot of that will influence me in my writing.

I love the idea of memories - holding them close and keeping them safe means a lot to me, as I don't want to forget special things that have happened in my life.

I also adore the outdoors. A lot of my inspiration comes from simply being outside in the woods. I find them magical.

My other inspiration comes mainly from Shaun Tan (an incredible artist - see my picture), and an author called John Green. He's influenced my thoughts not only through his books, but with his YouTube videos. He makes them with his brother Hank - just search 'vlogbrothers'.

I will be posting things from the depths of my imagination: short scenes or stories that I've developed in my head over a month or so; song lyrics founded by the core of my emotion.... etc.

This profile is completely and utterly true. The point of it is to express myself and I can only feel I've done that if I put it up somewhere.

A lot of things have gone on in my life that, well, they're not bad exactly... But not good either. They're just things that I can't change, that have resulted me in thinking more deeply and ... being more down, I guess.

So, quite a few things on here will be a bit pessimistic, sorry - but deal with it.

If you want to see the happier me, check out my other profile dancingshoes14, or my YouTube channel, where I make videos. :)
