"Definition: 'Love' is making a shot to the knees of a target 120 kilometers away using an Aratech sniper rifle with a tri-light scope... Love is knowing your target, putting them in your targeting reticule, and together, achieving a singular purpose against statistically long odds." HK-47 I'm Simon, I'm Scottish (as well as Brittish) and I've been writing 'stuff' for quite a while (I.E: a couple of years). Most of my work will probably be based (at least initially) on things that I've already written or am in the middle of writing at the moment. I tend to over complicate most things, mainly by inventing whole worlds (or in the case of Silas, a galaxy) without thinking through a whole story first. If anyone, ever wants to use anything I've done in their own work, feel free, but please gimme a yell when you're done. I am currently enrolled at the University of St Andrews, here in bonnie Scotland, studying biology (I know, I know; a scientist on a creative writing site, shock and/or horror). I like writing action-heavy stories generally (Sci-fi and fantasy rather than romance or mystery), but I'm trying my hand at the full spectrum, or at least I intend to be, and the results of said experimentation should end up here (case-in-point, Notebook Poetry, which I'm only putting up because none of you know me personally). I went on a kinda hiatus over the end of school and start of uni, so a few of my stories haven't been updated in a while. Some of these will probably stagnate into irrelevance, but a few I intend to keep going. And another hiatus. This time to do with me changing my email address and forgetting my password, along with a lot depression ('cos you guys need to know this stuff).
