I'm just starting out both as a writer and a poet. I'm a little nervous about putting my stuff out there...but I'm also excited to get feedback from others and improve.
I think that over the past year, I've improved tremendously in my writing by becoming more careful and conscious in my word choice and sentence structure. I know I've still got a long way to go and a lot to learn, but I feel that I've moved a little closer in finding a strong and unique voice and style.
