George Hathaway’s career in Information Technology and Business Management spans over 45 years.  He spent 13 years with IBM in Hartford and nine years as an executive with Fidelity Investments in Boston.  He is a noted author, speaker, and member of the Massachusetts Governor’s Advisory Council on Information Technology (GACIT).  He has served as a member of the Advisory Council for the Sawyer Graduate School of Management at Suffolk University in Boston, an adjunct professor at Springfield College, and a guest lecturer at Babson College and Suffolk University.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.  He is a US Army veteran of Vietnam.

He has published four books and a screenplay for a successful movie.  He's currently writing three new novels.

George has had three lifelong goals – to play banjo in John Denver’s backup band, to learn to juggle, and to perform a tap duet with his daughter at her wedding.  It’s too late for the first, but he's accomplished the second and the third.
