"Ahh, if you're using a Touch, I haven't tested Safari heavily in there. In regular (desktop) Safari, it seems to work fine, though. I'll try it out on my iPhone and see if I'm able to re-rate stuff, but if I recall you can just click down and hold your finger on it and drag to a new rating."
