"A word after a word after a word is power." - Margaret Atwood. "...Life is not orderly. No matter how we try to make it so, right in the middle of it we die, lose a leg, fall in love, drop a jar of applesauce..." - unknown. Good morrow. My name is Morgan, alias DeVries. I'm here because someone told said it "was my kind of thing". I don't really know what "my kind of thing" really is, but I said Sure, so here I am. The stories I write are all mostly fiction. But all are based on realy events, as I guess all things fictional are. I really need constructive critism, my friends are always saying it's fine, because that's just what friends do. Please help me ameliorate my writing. I have an old Underwood downstairs in my living room. I use it often, always typing stories that I know I'll never finish. This is the kind of thing I do. I can be crazy, down at the park with my friends, skipping, laughing, dancing. But I can also be very subdued. I was once told I was someones "kingpin". I don't use this term ever, really. But I have friends, some of whom I have met but once, emailing or calling me, asking for advice, so just for someone to talk to. This is the kind of thing I like. Other people's problems become my own ideas. This is all rather pointless. All you need to know is that I write. And that's why I'm here. 'Nuff said. You can draw your own conclusions.
