Musical Tastes:
Indie and alternative rock along with oldies (especially 60s-80s) are the top raters, followed by hard rock and heavy metal. Smatterings of pop and rap may appear in the playlist at times. I also have a fond appreciation for classical/orchestral pieces and dance/rave.
Preferred Genre: This goes for books, film, and video games.
I am a sci-fi and fantasy buff with a healthy taste for horror and dark comedy. Most other forms of comedy are a staple, too. Tragedy doesn't go amiss. I like things that are bizarre, whimsical, and thoughtful. Fairy tales (particularly old-style ones, you know- more nasty than chirpy) are a big thing of mine.
I love anime and other animation.
I am also a slut for subtitles and I have a thing for South Korean cinema.
Hobbies:
Reading and writing are big ones. Duh. I also do a bit of drawing/art work.
I very much enjoy walking and hiking and spending leisurely time outdoors.
