I'm a 17 year old guy from the epitome of upper-class suburbia. Do I like it here? It's fine. A great place to grow up, and I've met some of the best friends fate can send your way. I aspire to move far away from here though. 

I love literature, both reading and writing it. Catch-22 is by far my favorite novel. Although, James Joyce and Hunter Thompson are my favorite writers. I've also enjoyed Slaughter-House Five, Please Kill Me, Animal Farm, Of Mice and Men, and many others. I read Catcher In the Rye but I didn't like it as much as everyone else seems to.

My main writing piece is at the moment titled "work in progress". It's the dipiction of reality in a dream world. Elements of the story and characters are directly from my life, but only written as enigmas and symbols. It's in a time period that is never revealed. It hints at both medieval and modern, which I feel adds more to the dream-like state.
