"In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer. And that makes me happy. For it says that no matter how hard the world pushes against me, within me, there’s something stronger – something better, pushing right back." - Albert Camus

There are worlds inside of us, detailed landscapes and cultures that make up the pieces of who we are.  They conflict and bicker, but somehow they manage to coalesce into one homogenous stream of consciousness.

This is my science.  I examine myself and the people around me in an attempt to make sense of the worlds inside us.  What we show the world is only the tip of the iceberg; my writing is dedicated to exploring my own iceberg in its entirety.

I am thankful for Protag, because it's one of the few places I can be my 100% genuine self. No foul judgements are at play here, only kind acceptance and constructive criticism.

Everything I write has a piece of me, of my heart.  As such, Protagonize is one of the few places I'm happy to call home.

Don't be afraid to give constructive criticism!  It's what makes us better at what we do.  Ratings mean nothing compared to words.  But you knew that already.

Hopefully I'll see you around :)

Some works of mine that I'm fond of:

**Rite of Spring**

**The Doctor**

How to Disappear Completely

The Four Planes of Depth

The Ghost of You

**These works are incomplete.  Rite of Spring will probably not have an ending, as I will be adding to it indefinitely.  The Doctor, however, is a different case entirely.  It was the first story I wrote on my own, but I never finished it.  I wrote it several years ago, so it could probably be edited and spruced up quite a bit.  I don't know if or when I will be completing it.**

Some works of others' that I'm fond of:

Letters From The Heart (Dear Crow) by Alipix

The Hypnotist and Rose-Doves and Kingfishers by Tianna

This Tragic Infection by SeeThomasHowl (and others)

Just Water by PepperSkye

To My Fellow Failures... by Behindamask

Machinery by Rancim (If you don't read anything else here, read this. It is an incredible work.)
