I really hate writing about me, but I really enjoy reading other peoples profiles, so I better contribute to the pool of friendliness. 

I'm cocky and overweight. I like to sleep, eat, read, play poker, smoke and write. In that order. I don't really like writing, but it's like having a crap; I physically need to do it, even if it's messy and disgusting.

I love reading others peoples stuff, even if it's @$#!. I love other peoples characters and ideas. I love how our little brains work and the fact we can squiggle a load of lines and then other people can understand a bit of what we think.

I love the written word. It is humanity.

So, this site is great. Please read my stuff and correct my spelling and grammar as much as you can be bothered (because despite studying an MA in English Lit I have a weak grasp on both), and keep giving me stuff to read.
